You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (weekends are not business days) from our warehouse in Alexandria, VA. After leaving our warehouse, your package will be in transit with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. On occasion, such as during new product drops or holidays, we may experience a high volume of orders, which may result in delayed shipments leaving our warehouse by a few days. Shipping & Handling Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For a shipping estimate, please add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Shipping options will be displayed. As actual shipping charges are frequently updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses We ship to our valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations. USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages when sent using this method. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking. If you would like the ability to track your order, please choose an option that has tracking during checkout. 2)You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you don't receive the confirmation email, chances are that you inputted your email incorrectly! If an account was created on our site, you will also be able to log in to view tracking information as well as account information, address book, and order history. Damages/Lost Packages Once your order leaves our warehouse, Odin Concept is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 3) International Shipping Policy We're excited to offer international shipping options to most countries through either UPS or USPS. You can see the list of available countries at checkout. Please note that these packages are large and expensive to ship. You will see the exact amount for shipping and duties at checkout. We also have a number of stockists that might be closer to you, wherever you are out there. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Odin Concept is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Returns Policy Our Returns Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it – that is, unworn or unused and free from any signs of wear and tear. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.
We offer exchanges only for defective items or when you need to change sizes. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange products for the same item. To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
At Odin Concept, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day return policy. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if for any reason you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
ODIN CONCEPT shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of packages. Any claims filed for a package marked as "delivered" by the transit service shall be denied.
